Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom pieces. We always want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to help wherever we can. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details so we can review the issue. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery, we may be unable to assist further

Shipping

We carefully pack and send each order with love to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully. As many of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow a short turnaround time before dispatch. Custom banners and paintings are handmade with care and have a 4–6 week making period before dispatch, while wands have a shorter 2–4 day making period. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey
