All By.Peacheyrose pieces are lovingly handmade to order, which means a little extra time is needed to create something special just for you.

Processing Times

Custom and personalised items have a turnaround time of approximately 4–6 weeks. Smaller items such as wands and ready-to-make pieces are typically completed within 2–4 days. Please note these timeframes may vary slightly during busy periods.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched promptly.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times will depend on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. As a guide, standard shipping within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider. While we take care in packaging your items securely, we are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit. That said, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.
