Refund policy
As all By.Peachyrose pieces are made to order, once payment has been made we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on products due to change of mind. This is because materials, time, and production are committed specifically to your order once it has been placed.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits will only be offered where By.Peacheyrose considers it appropriate at its sole discretion.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos and your order details so the issue can be reviewed. Where appropriate, a replacement, refund, or other resolution may be offered.
Please ensure all custom details, names, colours, and selections are entered carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot take responsibility for errors submitted at checkout and when approving designs for items. Once the design is approved by you there is no changing or altering it. By approving design you give permission for By.Peachyrose to create said product to how they deigned it including small changes By.Peachyrose decides during the process.
